Equestrian Rider Biomechanics Clinic
Join us on Saturday April 26, 2025, for a rider biomechanics clinic!
The clinic will be 2-2.5 hours and consist of generalized mounted/unmounted exercises and a modified mechanics assessment. Assessments will evaluate your mechanics through each gait pattern, identifying any movement deficits. Customized exercises may then be provided to improve specific movement patterns.
Participants will be grouped in 2-3 riders based on discipline and experience level. Each participant will receive $25 off a mounted or unmounted follow up (valid to be used within 30 days of the clinic to build off of findings).
Please contact me for clinic costs and deposit requirements, as space is limited, and pre-registration is necessary. Registration closes one week before each event, and group times will be assigned once final counts are confirmed.
