Physical Therapy for the Equestrian

Dr. Colleen Wallace, PT developed equestrian rider specific physical therapy services following her own battles with discomfort while riding, alignment issues and chronic muscle and joint pain. Services provided include individual biomechanics assessments, group/clinic sessions and individual follow ups. The goal behind PT for the equestrian is to develop a more balanced and centered rider, correct alignment issues, improve mobility and global strength. Sessions are conducted from a physical therapy standpoint, correcting imbalances and creating more centered stability.
